Protect
All the evidence in one file, for a quick check with Kaufland.
When a release is missing, orders, delivery dates and tracking numbers are what count. Sellgrip puts them into a file in one click, ready to attach to a ticket.

What the file contains
The case
The title and details of the case, the date Sellgrip opened it, and its status.
Payout history
The last twelve release dates with the number of orders, the amount and the status. Each is expected 14 days after delivery (with a tracking number) or 21 days after the order was marked as shipped (without one). Only for an overdue payout.
The orders behind the missing release
Every delivered, unpaid order with its product, delivery date, amount and tracking number.
Ticket history
For ticket cases: when the ticket came in, the reason, the deadline in business hours and the status.
Your metrics
Your current account metrics with benchmark and date. Sellgrip calculates them from your order and ticket data, so the Seller Portal may show different values. An asterisk marks a benchmark that is Sellgrip’s own.
Where the button is
“Download dossier” sits on the case in your overview and under Alerts. On Payouts it is next to “Overdue release”.
How you get the file
-
Sellgrip flags the case
For example a release that is a day overdue, or a ticket close to its 48-hour deadline.
-
Download the file
The case has a “Download dossier” button, which downloads the evidence file. Sellgrip builds the file at that moment from your current data.
-
Send it to Kaufland
Attach the file to your ticket, together with the ready-made release request from the same case. You can also forward it.
Why evidence matters on Kaufland
When a payout is missing, you need to show Kaufland which orders are affected. The file lists each one with its delivery date and tracking number.
The file claims nothing your account does not show. Every amount and time comes from your stored data, to the cent and in Berlin time.
- Release after 14 or 21 days
- Kaufland releases your revenue 14 days after delivery (with a tracking number) or 21 days after the order is marked as shipped (without one). The payout date calculator shows the day for an order.
- An open ticket pauses
- While a ticket is open for an order, the release period pauses. Sellgrip takes that into account before it calls a release overdue.
- Tickets within 48 hours
- Kaufland expects a reply to every ticket within 48 hours on working days. It takes weekends and national holidays into account.

What you see in Sellgrip
- The download button
- The “Download dossier” button appears on three kinds of cases: overdue payout, ticket deadline and return option.
- One single file
- The file is an HTML document without external content, set plainly like a bank statement. It opens in any browser and prints cleanly.
- Data timestamp
- At the top you see when it was made and how current the data is. Because Kaufland corrects statements afterwards, the version with the newest data counts.
- Release request
- The same case has a ready-made message for Kaufland that refers to the attached file. Both come with Business.
Questions about Evidence file
Which plan includes the evidence file?
Business, including a 14-day Business trial. On Free and Pro, you see the case with its amount, but without the file.
What language is the file in?
In your dashboard language, like the CSV exports. If Kaufland’s support does not work in that language (German, English, Czech, Slovak or Polish), you also get the file in English. Product names and ticket reasons stay as Kaufland sent them.
Can I save the file as a PDF?
Yes, through your browser’s print function. The file is designed for printing.
Does a file change if I download it later?
Yes, Sellgrip rebuilds it from current data on every download. The data timestamp is at the top, and the newest version counts.
Why do some benchmarks have an asterisk?
The asterisk marks benchmarks that are Sellgrip’s own, not limits set by Kaufland. That way Kaufland sees at once which limit is its own and which is not.
Which cases come with a file?
Overdue payouts, tickets before or after the 48-hour deadline, and return tickets. Other cases have none.
