Common questions

What is included?

Commission on price plus shipping, the fixed fee, VAT on the sale, your purchase price and your shipping. Under “More costs” you can add returns, packaging and advertising.

What is not included?

The monthly base fee, because it applies per account and not per unit. Environmental fees and discount campaigns are also left out. As a VAT-registered seller, you reclaim the VAT on Kaufland’s fees as input tax.

What is the break-even price?

The selling price including VAT at which you earn exactly nothing. Below it, you lose money on every sale.
