No payment details, no minimum term.
What Sellgrip handles per country
One connection for all countries
You connect your Kaufland account once, and Sellgrip finds the countries you sell in. Settings shows which ones it syncs.
VAT rate per country
For the break-even, Sellgrip uses the country’s standard VAT rate, such as 19% in Germany, 20% in Austria and France, 23% in Slovakia. That keeps the price guard right for each country.
Holidays per country
Sellgrip counts the 48-hour ticket deadline with the national public holidays of the marketplace. An Italian holiday only counts for Kaufland.it.
The country on every row
In the Buy Box, the price comparison and the volume discounts, each row says which country it is about. You enter volume discounts per marketplace.
Czechia and Poland
Kaufland settles there in koruna and złoty, and Sellgrip shows the amounts that way. In euro overviews Sellgrip converts them at the ECB rate of the day and marks them as converted.
In your own language
The dashboard, CSV exports and alerts are in your language: English, German, Dutch, Czech, Slovak, Polish, French, Italian or Spanish. You switch in the footer or in the settings.
How your countries get into Sellgrip
-
Connect your Kaufland account
You enter your API keys from the Seller Portal once. Sellgrip uses them to see which countries you sell in.
-
Check your countries
Under Settings, in “Kaufland connection”, the “Marketplaces” list shows every country and its status, such as “Synced”.
-
Pick the right plan
Free covers one country, Pro up to three, Business all of them. So three countries fit in Pro, and from the fourth you need Business.
Why a second country is more than a second shop
Commission rates are the same in almost every Kaufland country, but VAT and public holidays are not. Treat all countries the same and your deadlines and break-even will be off.
Then there is the currency: in Czechia and Poland Kaufland settles in koruna and złoty. Sellgrip shows those amounts in koruna and złoty, and converts them at the ECB rate before adding them to a euro total.
Selling to consumers in other EU countries? The distance selling threshold check shows when the VAT of the buyer’s country applies.
- One base fee for all countries
- Kaufland charges the monthly base fee once, however many countries you sell in. It covers all Kaufland marketplaces.
- One commission table, except Poland
- Kaufland’s commission table has the same rates per category for all countries; only Kaufland.pl has its own column. You can check it under Kaufland fees.
- Payout per sales channel
- Kaufland pays out per sales channel, in that country’s currency. You enter your bank details per channel in the Seller Portal.

What you see in Sellgrip
- Marketplaces
- In the settings under “Marketplaces”, the countries Sellgrip syncs, such as “France (FR), Poland (PL)”. Next to them is the status, such as “Synced”.
- Country in Buy Box and price comparison
- Every row in the Buy Box names its country. The price comparison in Opportunities has a “Country” column too.
- Volume discounts per marketplace
- Under Settings, in “Costs”, Sellgrip asks for volume discounts for each country separately. Without that answer, there is no Buy Box advice for that country.
- Product images per country
- Under Product data you keep one set of images for every country, or a different set per Kaufland storefront.
- Plan limit
- If you sell in more countries than your plan covers, the settings say so from day one. After 30 days the analysis pauses, while your data and export stay.
