Kaufland’s rules

Kaufland releases your revenue after a fixed period. You then transfer released funds yourself.

With a tracking number
14 days after delivery to the customer, according to the tracking number.
Without a tracking number
21 days after the order is marked as shipped.
Open ticket
An open ticket pauses the period until your revenue is released.
Transfer
You transfer released funds yourself, at any time, in the Accounting section of the Seller Portal.
Currency
Payouts are made in the local currency of the marketplace. On Kaufland.cz and Kaufland.pl you can also be paid in euros.

How Sellgrip reads the rules

Kaufland’s text leaves details open. The calculator handles them like this.

  • Calendar days: the calculator counts every day, including weekends and public holidays. Kaufland mentions no exception.
  • Open ticket: Kaufland does not say whether the period continues or starts again afterwards. The calculator then shows no date.
  • Without a tracking number, the calculator counts from the day the order was marked as shipped, as Kaufland states.

Common questions

When is the money in my bank account?

You transfer released funds yourself, at any time, in the Accounting section of the Seller Portal. Kaufland does not say how long the bank takes.

What does a ticket change?

According to Kaufland, an open ticket pauses the release period. Kaufland does not say how many days the release is delayed.

Where can I see what has been released?

In the booking report in the Seller Portal. It lists your sales revenue and account movements.
