How does the trial work?
You choose Pro or Business and monthly or yearly billing, add payment details in Stripe and use the plan with every feature for 14 days. Three days before the trial ends, we send you an email.
What happens after the trial?
Your plan continues automatically as a paid subscription, as you chose it: Pro at €39 a month or €348 a year, Business at €89 a month or €708 a year, plus VAT. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing and your account continues on Free.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, at any time in the settings. What you already paid for the current month is credited.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with one click in the settings. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. Otherwise your plan runs until the end of the paid month or year, and after that you keep using Sellgrip for free.
How does Sellgrip count my products?
Each offer counts once, by your own item number (SKU). If you sell the same item under that number in several Kaufland countries, it is still one product.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Sellgrip keeps working for 30 days, and the dashboard shows the end date. After that the analysis pauses until you switch plans or are back under the limit.
Are prices net of VAT?
Yes, all prices are plus VAT. You get an invoice for every payment.
What do I need to start?
A Kaufland seller account and your API keys from the Seller Portal.
Does Sellgrip change anything in my account?
Only when you trigger it, for example by marking an order as shipped or changing a price. Sellgrip changes nothing on its own, including prices and stock.
Which Kaufland countries does Sellgrip cover?
All nine Kaufland marketplaces: Germany, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, France, Italy, the Netherlands (Kaufland.nl, since 8 September 2026) and Spain. Sellgrip fully syncs Czechia and Poland too. Amounts in those two countries stay in koruna and złoty; euro overviews convert them at the ECB rate of that day.
