Team and account

The urgent cases in your inbox every morning.

Sellgrip sends you a short email in the morning with everything that needs doing today. If there is nothing, no email arrives.

No payment details, no minimum term.

Included in: Free, Pro and Business

Daily email: Pro and Business

What the email contains

Today’s cases

Critical cases and warnings from Alerts, up to eight with their title and amount. Any further cases appear as a count.

The open amount

At the bottom it shows how much money sits in open cases in total. The amounts are the same as in the dashboard.

A broken connection

If Sellgrip can no longer read your Kaufland account, the email says so, even when nothing else is due. Otherwise silence would look like “all is well”.

Opportunities

After the cases, the email names your best opportunity with about how much it is worth a month, and links to all of them. On Free and Pro, you see the largest one and the rest as a number.

What stays out of the email

Cases you snoozed for 24 hours are left out. The email only shows an amount when the dashboard shows it too.

Your week

On Mondays, one line says how much Sellgrip recovered and prevented for you in the last seven days, if that is above zero. The amounts are the same as under Recovered.

How the email reaches you

  1. Sellgrip syncs

After a successful sync, Sellgrip builds the email from the same data as the overview. So the email and the dashboard say the same thing.

  2. Sent in the morning

The email goes out between 6:00 and 12:00 German time, at most once a day. On the Free plan it arrives on Mondays.

  3. Switch it off any time

Under Settings, in the “Notifications” section, you switch the email off with one click. You switch it back on the same way. Every email also has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Why one look in the morning is enough

Many Kaufland deadlines run in hours, not weeks. Knowing in the morning what is due lets you plan the day around it.

The email only arrives when there is something to do. A daily all-clear would soon go unread, including on the day it matters.

Replying to tickets
Kaufland expects a reply to every ticket within 48 hours on working days. It takes weekends and national holidays into account.
Payout release
Kaufland releases your revenue 14 days after delivery (with a tracking number) or 21 days after the order is marked as shipped (without one). The payout date calculator works out your date.

What you see

Subject line
For example “2 urgent cases in your Kaufland account”. Without urgent cases, it gives the number of open ones.
Today’s summary
The first line sums up, such as “To do today: 5 cases, 2 of them urgent”. Below it, each case gets a line with type, title and amount.
The setting
Under “Notifications”, the setting is called “Daily digest” (“Weekly digest” on the Free plan), with its status next to it. The button says “Unsubscribe” or “Turn back on”.
Closing lines
After the cases comes “We only send this email when there is something to do.” Below it are the sender, the imprint and the unsubscribe link.
See everything
The link below the cases, “See everything”, leads to the overview in Sellgrip. The same cases are there with every detail.
Layout
The email is laid out like the Sellgrip site and also comes as plain text. It has no tracking pixel and loads no images from the web.

Questions about Daily email

When does the email arrive?

In the morning between 6:00 and 12:00 German time, after a sync. If the sync fails all morning, it arrives the next day instead.

What do I get on the Free plan?

The same email once a week, on Monday morning. On Pro and Business it comes daily. On Free and Pro, a Monday email can also come with only Opportunities, when there is nothing else to do.

Why was there no email today?

There were no critical cases and no warnings, or you switched the email off. Sellgrip does not send an email that only says there is nothing to do. The email also only goes to a confirmed email address.

Who receives the email?

The email address of your Sellgrip account. Your team sees the same cases in their own logins. It is written in the language of the login that uses this address, otherwise in the account owner’s language.

Do the alerts stay if I switch the email off?

Yes. Switching it off only stops the email, and nothing changes in the dashboard.

Is there push on my phone?

Not yet; push notifications are planned. Until then, put Sellgrip on your home screen as a web app.
