Team and account
Your figures as Excel, in Google Sheets or by email.
Download the P&L, orders, products, payouts, opportunities and costs as Excel files, or pull them into Google Sheets with a link. If you like, a report arrives by email every week or every month.
No payment details, no minimum term.
What Reports includes
Excel files
P&L per month, P&L per product, orders of the last 90 days, products, payouts, opportunities and costs. With numbers and dates to work with.
Google Sheets
One link per table for =IMPORTDATA. Google Sheets fetches the figures again about every hour.
Report by email
Every Monday for the week before or on the 1st for the month before: key figures, the 5 products with the most profit, your opportunities and the open cases.
With Excel attached
If you like, the P&L per product for the period comes as an Excel file. The report goes to up to 3 addresses from your team.
Route alerts
For each area you decide from which level a case appears in “To do today” and in the morning email: critical only, from warning or all.
Recipients and exclusions
Each area has up to 3 recipients from the team. You leave out products by SKU or EAN and single countries.
How to set it up
-
Open Settings
Under Settings, in Reports, you find the Excel files, the links for Google Sheets and the report by email.
-
Choose how often
Choose weekly or monthly, the recipients and whether the Excel file comes along.
-
Route alerts
Set the level, place and recipients for each area. If you change nothing, everything stays as it was.
Routing does not change what counts
The six areas are orders and deadlines, money and fees, prices and Buy Box, stock, Kaufland rules and opportunities. They decide where a case appears, not whether it exists.
The Alerts page still shows every case, and every amount still counts. An area you turn down does not make your account look better on paper.
- The Google Sheets link
- Anyone who has the link can read these figures, but cannot change anything. Sellgrip stores only a hash of the link. New links end the old ones.
- One email a morning
- On the morning of the report, no daily email comes on top. The open cases are then in the report.
Where you see it in Sellgrip
- Download Excel
- Next to the tables on the P&L, Orders, Products, Payouts and Opportunities pages.
- Settings
- Under Reports: every Excel file, the links for Google Sheets and the report by email. Below it, Route alerts.
- Daily email
- The daily email follows the routing: each area goes to its recipients.
- Alerts
- The Alerts page always shows every case. Routing applies to “To do today” and the morning email.

Anyone with the link can read the figures, but cannot change anything. You can delete the links at any time or replace them with new ones.
