Reorder before a product sells out.
For every active offer, Sellgrip works out how long the stock lasts at the current pace. Below 7 days, a case appears with a quantity and an order-by date.
No payment details, no minimum term.
What Sellgrip flags on stock
Low stock
If stock will last less than 7 days, Sellgrip raises a case, and at 3 days or fewer it is critical. It is based on your sales over the last 30 days.
Out of stock
If an active offer is at 0, Sellgrip flags it at the next sync, even without any sales history. Every order you cannot deliver raises your cancellation rate.
Quantity and order-by date
Sellgrip suggests enough for 30 days at the current pace. The date is the last day on which your supplier’s lead time still fits.
What running out costs
The amount on the case is 7 days of profit, if Sellgrip knows your margin. Without a purchase price, Sellgrip shows no amount.
Per Kaufland country
Stock and sales count per storefront. The same product in Germany and Czechia gets its own days of cover and its own case.
Stock from your own list
Sellgrip can set your stock on Kaufland from your own CSV or stock list, in the “Offers” tab under Products. Never more than the list says, minus your reserve. This is being switched on account by account.
How to reorder in time
-
Add your lead time
Your cost CSV under Settings has an optional lead_time_days column for the lead time per product. Without it, Sellgrip assumes 7 days and says so.
-
Open the case
The case lists stock, days of cover, quantity and order-by date, plus a text to copy. With Business, that is a full purchase order draft for your supplier.
-
Mark it reordered
Once the order is out, click “Mark as reordered”. You change the stock on Kaufland yourself, with “Edit” under Products in Sellgrip or in the Seller Portal.
Why an empty shelf gets expensive on Kaufland
Once a product is sold out, you earn nothing on it. If the stock on Kaufland does not match your warehouse, you have to cancel orders.
Sellgrip works without a forecast: the pace of the last 30 days, your stock, your lead time. It knows nothing about seasons or promotions, so you judge those yourself.
- Missing stock is seller-related
- Kaufland counts a cancellation with the reason “Out of stock” towards the seller-related cancellation rate. Kaufland’s target for that rate is under 1%.
- Fee on cancellations
- Between 1% and 2.99%, Kaufland charges 7% of the total price of the cancelled transactions; over 3% it is 15%. Check your rate with the cancellation rate calculator.

- The draft
- An order request with quantity and date, ready to copy. With Business, a purchase order draft with item, SKU, quantity, stock, days of cover and lead time.
