Grow
Stock that stopped selling, and the money in it.
Sellgrip marks every product with stock that has not sold a single unit in 90 days. Next to it you see how much money at purchase price sits in your warehouse.
No payment details, no minimum term.
What Sellgrip counts as a slow seller
Stock with no sale in 90 days
A product with stock that has not sold a single unit in the last 90 days. Returns do not count as sales.
Only what can be proven
Sellgrip needs a sale older than 90 days, or must have seen the offer itself for 90 days. An offer from yesterday is never a slow seller.
Money in stock
The “Stock at cost” column shows stock times today’s purchase price. Without a purchase price, it shows a dash instead of €0.
Offers that are not active
The “Inactive” filter shows offers that are not live on Kaufland, with the reason. If Kaufland names missing data, you fill in exactly that with “Add details” and send it to Kaufland.
How to find your slow sellers
-
Add purchase prices
Upload your purchase prices as a CSV under Settings. Without them, Sellgrip knows the stock but not the money in it. The “No purchase price” filter in Products shows which ones are missing.
-
Pick the “Dead stock” filter
In Products, the filter shows every affected product and how many there are. Sorted by “Stock at cost”, the most tied-up money comes first.
-
Decide and export
Lower the price, create a voucher, pause the offer or delete it on Kaufland with “Stop selling”; the choice is yours. With Pro, you download the list as a CSV, including the last sale date.
Why idle stock costs money on Kaufland
Stock in the warehouse is paid for but earns nothing while it sits there. Your fixed Kaufland costs keep running in the meantime.
Sellgrip waits 90 days before calling a product a slow seller. That way, seasonal stock is not written off after one quiet month.
- A base fee every month
- Depending on your plan, Kaufland charges €39.95 or €59.95 a month, whatever your sales. Both amounts exclude VAT.
- Ad credit with Plus
- Kaufland’s Plus plan includes €30 of credit for Sponsored Product Ads each month. You can use it to make a product more visible without cutting the price.
- Vouchers
- Creating them is free. For each redeemed voucher, Kaufland charges €0.49 on products under €100, otherwise €0.99.

Where you see slow sellers
- The “Dead stock” filter
- In Products, next to “Loss”, “Inactive”, “Low stock” and “No purchase price”. The number on the filter shows how many products are affected.
- Label on the product
- In the list, “Dead stock” appears right next to the product name. So it stands out even without the filter.
- Stock value at cost
- Under “Stock at cost”: stock times purchase price, also as a sort order. Products without a purchase price go to the end.
- CSV export
- With Pro, the file has the columns “Capital in stock at cost (EUR)”, “Sold 90 days” and “Last sold”, in your language. It follows the filter you picked.
Questions about Slow sellers
Why does the filter show 0 when stock is sitting there?
Sellgrip only calls a product a slow seller once it can prove 90 days. It does so through an older sale or an offer Sellgrip has known for 90 days.
Does a return count as a sale?
No. A returned item did not stay sold, so it does not reset the 90 days.
Why is there a dash in the stock value?
The purchase price for this product is missing. Upload it as a CSV under Settings, in the Costs section.
Is the filter on the Free plan?
Yes, Products and the “Dead stock” filter are on every plan. The CSV export comes with Pro.
Why 90 days?
With 30 days, seasonal stock would be a slow seller after every quiet month. 90 days give it a full season.
Does Sellgrip suggest a new price?
No. What a product earns after all Kaufland costs is shown under Profit, and you test a lower price in the profit calculator.
